Training Day #2

Not the best start to a day but nothing like a workout with your hubby to end a rough one. It is the best way to leave all the stress and crap of the day behind and focus on one goal…putting one foot in front of the other.

And don’t forget, your feet don’t have to move fast, just forward. Go ahead, put down the computer, set aside the remote, lace up your shoes and take a stroll around the block. If you are anything like me you will want to do it again and again.


Today’s Journal

Workout:
Warm-up
2.5 miles in 30 minutes of run/walking
Cooldown

Diet:
7:45am – Banana, water, vitamins
10:00am – 1oz of trail mix
1:45pm – Salad with a grilled chicken breast
3:30pm – Mini Luna bar
9:45pm – Chicken and dressing (An actual one serving, much smaller than anyone ever thinks.)
