I did it. I started! Yep, I am excited about it. How many people do you know that want to change or want to try something new and never get out the door? I get to celebrate because I got out of bed, out the door, down the street and around the pond many times. Yippie!

Now for the factual journal part of the blog. This is the part I hope no one ever sees but I have to write it down.

Workout:
Warm-up
2.3 miles in 30 minutes of run/walking
Cooldown

Diet:
8:15am – Banana, 12oz G2, vitamins
10:45am – 1/2 plain bagel
1:45pm – Heart healthy wheat pasta with chicken entree, 1 C over cooked vegetables
5:00pm – 2/3 cherry muffin
10:30pm – Lean Cuisine Chicken Pot Stickers

Weight:
No scale at friend’s house but yesterday was 165.4 (ick!)
