Workout:

Diet:
7:45am – Banana, water, vitamins
10:00am – 1oz of trail mix
1:00pm – Salad and Cold Green Bean salad
4:00pm – Mini Luna bar
7:30pm – 2 chicken soft tacos, black beans, rice
8:30pm – 2 mini Hawaiian rolls
